Review similar multi-unit properties that have been listed within a quarter mile radius of your neighborhood within the past 90 days. Appraisers do not like to use comparable like-kind properties older than 90 days, especially in a fast-moving market. Pare down to the most comparable properties. This will give you the best accurate data for arriving at your property’s true current value in relationship with the selected comparable properties.
