You don’t need to pay upward of 6% for full service realtor fees. It just doesn’t make sense in today’s market place.

Pay just a 4.5% fee which includes 1.8% for exceptional full service brokerage duties and 2.7% buyer side fee.

We further discount our commission down to 3.9% total if we sell your Property ourselves.

If we don’t have to split our commission with a buyer’s broker, we feel it’s only fair to further reduce our commission and give you the additional savings
